General terms and conditions
- Prices are quoted per apartment and day.
- Dogs are not allowed into the guests lounge or breakfast room. The extra charge for dog and cat are 6,00 Euro/day and in addition Euro 10,00 for the final cleaning.
- Guests will be billed fully in the event of late arrival and/or early departure.
- You are asked to vacate your apartment by 10 am on the day of departure. Apartments can accessed from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
- We ask for a reservation deposit of 80, which will be deducted from your bill upon departure.
- Cancellation fees:
Cancellations are as inconvenient for us as they are for you. We therefore ask you to understand that we must impose a cancellation fee of 80% of the apartment reservation price in the event of cancellation at short notice (30 days or under), and that we cannot make deductions for early departures.
